Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer for Production Management to oversee manufacturing and production activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth operational execution. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and experience in production and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Review and understand BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical drawings.
- Lead and guide production teams to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor quality standards and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain and update records using ERP systems, Google Sheets, and Odoo.
- Support process improvements and operational planning.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- MS Office proficiency
- Computer skills with ERP, Google Sheets & Odoo
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Technical understanding and problem-solving ability
Key Requirements
- Experience working in BOM and Drawings Division
- Manufacturing background
- Technically sound with production process knowledge
- Experience in handling or leading teams

- Experience in the Furniture Industry
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
