Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Computer Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer fundamentals, programming basics, MS Office tools, and digital literacy aligned with the State Board curriculum. The candidate should be comfortable using both theoretical and practical teaching approaches and should be updated with modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI chatbots, and digital learning tools.
Responsibilities:
- Teach computer education to students of [mention classes, e.g., Std. 1 to 10].
- Deliver lessons on basic computer operations, MS Office, Internet usage, typing skills, and coding basics (if applicable).
- Maintain the school computer lab and ensure safe and effective use of equipment.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in alignment with State Board syllabus.
- Encourage digital awareness and responsible use of technology.
- Guide students in IT-related projects and computer-based activities.
- Ensure maintenance and reporting of software/hardware issues as needed.
- Participate in school events and workshops.
- Introduce students to upgraded technologies such as AI tools, AI chatbots, smart learning platforms, and emerging digital trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent
- B.Ed. (preferred for higher classes)
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in school-level computer education (preferred)
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills for software/hardware
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Tally, Python, HTML, or other basic programming tools (as per class level)
- Familiarity with AI tools, AI chatbots, and modern educational technology platforms
- Ability to teach using smart boards, projectors, and e-learning platforms
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
