The role You drive SolveDet's direct relationship with SME owners. You are the first human voice they hear from us — handling inbound enquiries from our campaigns and reaching out to qualified SME leads. Your tool is S.E.N.S.E, our credit-profile engine: you walk owners through it, understand their need, and move them toward the right advisory outcome. You are not closing loans; you are opening conversations and building credit profiles.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound leads from our digital campaigns promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to SME owners, understand their requirement, and explain how SolveDet helps
- Run owners through the S.E.N.S.E credit-profile process and capture clean information in our CRM
- Convert qualified profiles into advisory engagements / RM handoffs
- Follow up consistently and keep the pipeline warm
Who we're looking for
- 0–3 years in direct sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role — BFSI / lending / insurance direct sales a plus (strong-communicating freshers welcome)
- Clear, confident phone presence; a good listener before a good talker
- Fluent in Hindi and conversational English; Marathi/Gujarati a plus
- Comfortable with targets, a structured process, and a CRM
- We provide full training, and S.E.N.S.E does the credit heavy-lifting
