Job Description – Highway Project / Maintenance Engineer
Position Summary
- We are seeking a qualified candidate with hands-on highway project experience to support highway operations,
maintenance, and technical coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of
highway maintenance activities, pavement sections, and basic reporting skills using MS Excel.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in highway projects.
- Mandatory proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written preferred).
- Sound knowledge of highway maintenance activities and road upkeep.
- Knowledge of pavement sections, layers, and road construction basics.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel for reports and data tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support highway maintenance activities.
- Inspect road conditions and identify repair requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and supervisors.
- Maintain records, daily reports, and progress updates in MS Excel.
- Assist in execution of pavement repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality and safety standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in BOT / HAM / EPC highway projects preferred.
- Good communication skills and team coordination ability.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
- Problem-solving mindset with practical field knowledge.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
