GlobHunt Consultancy is looking for a seasoned HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. If you have 7+ years of hands-on experience unlocking the full potential of CRM and marketing automation tools, we want to hear from you!
Role Highlights:
- Position: HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist
- Experience Required: 7+ Years
- Work Mode: 100% Remote
- Timezone: EST/Canada (Shift starts at 6:30 PM / 7:30 PM IST | 8 working hours/day)
- Budget: ₹1.3 Lakhs Per Month (LPM)
Core Responsibilities:
- CRM Configuration: Set up and configure HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs tailored to client needs.
- Data & Automation: Conduct data migrations, tool integrations, and set up advanced automated workflows.
- Client Consulting: Lead virtual discovery sessions, map out optimal solutions, and recommend industry best practices.
- Training & Enablement: Host virtual training sessions via Google Meet and provide clear documentation for end-users.
- Project Management: Concurrently manage 10–12 client implementations, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot modules (Marketing, Sales, and Service).
- Proven track record in data migrations, complex integrations, and sales process optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills with comfort leading virtual client strategy sessions.
- Bonus Points: HubSpot Certifications (Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub Software), previous agency/consulting experience, or bilingual proficiency in French/English.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
