About the Role
Easy Cater is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the MD's office.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. The position typically involves calendar management, stakeholder coordination, travel arrangements, documentation, meeting follow-ups, and executive support functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up on pending action items and provide status updates to the MD.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the MD when required.
Meeting Management
- Schedule and organize meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents.
- Record Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action points.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate logistics for client visits, leadership meetings, and company events.
- Manage travel-related documentation and expense records.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
- Compile business data and conduct basic research when required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing business reviews and executive presentations.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
- Handle sensitive business information with complete confidentiality.
- Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all interactions.
- Maintain high levels of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar executive support role.
- Experience supporting senior management or leadership teams will be preferred.
