Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and other applicable returns).
- Perform GST reconciliations, including GSTR-2B reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare TDS workings and file quarterly TDS returns.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs and companies.
- Support tax assessments, notices and departmental compliance by preparing required documents and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliances for clients.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain information and resolve tax-related queries.
- Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients.
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Prepare bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations.
- Pass journal entries and month-end accounting adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, schedules, MIS reports and other management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter candidates preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a CA firm.
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and basic Income Tax.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.

Location: Mulund (West), Mumbai (5 minutes from Mulund Railway Station)
