We are growing rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us scale by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and media companies.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across industries.
Partnership Development
Forge strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
Revenue Growth
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the AI-driven content space.
Provide insights to the leadership team for product positioning and new offerings.
Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative AI-led solutions.
Proven experience (3–6 years) in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in media, advertising, or technology-driven content industries.
Strong network within brands, agencies, and media ecosystems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
