Occupational Health Nurse-
- Should be well versed in corporate occupational health practices with at least 5 years of experience in corporate setup, some hospital experience preferred.
- Required educational background GNM, ACLS & BLS trained.
- Should know the basics of Excel, PowerPoint, Word handling etc.
- Open to support and travel to distant project sites.
- Independently manage Occupational health center.
- Should be able to establish and maintain cross department collaboration.
- Should be able to write, read & speak Hindi and English
- Effective role in managing pandemic.
- Should be open to shift duties.
The Candidates should also have experience as described below,
- Case management for injuries: Promptly manage as per BLS protocol and align with location Doctor.
- Risk reduction: Risk reduction and harm prevention are among some of the other areas of responsibility for occupational health nurses. Promote Health education sessions.
- Preventative health: keep employees productive and healthy by offering them preventative strategies like Preventive health checkup, morbidity monitoring, immunization, stress management.
- Counseling and crisis intervention: Well versed with corporate EWAP
- Health screening: To promote and handle PHCs through aggregator as decided by Siemens.
- Maintaining confidentiality of employees' personal health information and working with employers to comply with established codes of ethics and regulatory or legal requirements.
- Implementing procedures and policies for continually assuring confidentiality
- Keeping logs and documents required by Siemens/ legal requirement.
- Evaluating employees who have limitations or work restrictions and recommending appropriate job placement, such as fitness for duty.
- Meeting eligibility requirements for being a medical employee who works with personal information.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
