Strong understanding of IT System Integration & Enterprise IT solutions.
Proven experience in IT sales / solution selling.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT System Integration solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers. Understand customer requirements and propose customized technical solutions in coordination with pre-sales and technical teams.
Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and conduct presentations. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals successfully.
Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new verticals.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
