- Customer Relations: Acts as the face of the company, guiding stressed clients through technical issues and training staff on equipment operation.
- Heavy Travel & Flexibility: Requires extensive travel (often 50%–75%+) and an adaptable schedule to handle on-call emergencies and shifting field environments.
