About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Head who can take end-to-end ownership of our brand and marketing function across digital and offline channels.
This role requires a strong understanding of branding fundamentals—positioning, messaging, and consistency—along with the ability to translate them into effective, result-oriented marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a cohesive brand presence while simultaneously driving measurable business outcomes through structured campaigns.
You will be responsible for shaping how the brand is perceived in the market and ensuring that every touchpoint—whether online or offline—aligns with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
This is a hands-on role that demands both strategic thinking and execution capability.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and communication framework
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Build a recognizable and differentiated brand identity
2. Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (digital + offline)
- Drive initiatives focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
3. Content Strategy & Creation
- Plan and oversee content across platforms (social media, ads, website, campaigns)
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and drives engagement and conversions
4. Digital Marketing Management
- Manage performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on defined KPIs (ROI, CAC, conversions)
5. Offline Marketing & Brand Activation
- Plan and execute offline campaigns, events, and local marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies where required
6. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Define key metrics and regularly evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance performance
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing with revenue goals
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across departments
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing with exposure to both digital and offline channels
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and content strategy
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Experience with performance marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Strong communication and content creation skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver within timelines
Preferred Attributes
