Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop Sheet metal components related to CNG Kits
Prepare 2D/3D drawings using CAD tools (AutoCAD /Catia)
Develop prototypes and support testing and validation activities
Coordinate with testing agencies such as ICAT, ARAI, and other government bodies
Ensure compliance with emission, safety, and automotive standards
Prepare and maintain technical documents, drawings, and ISO-related documentation
Support vendor development and coordinate with suppliers for components
Assist in vehicle fitment, installation, and performance evaluation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Vendor, Project teams)
Support project planning, timelines, and technical reviews
Visit may be required 10% for project related work.
Key Skills Required:
Knowledge of CNG systems, automotive components, and emission norms
Experience in vehicle testing, prototyping, and validation
Understanding of ISO documentation and quality systems
Vendor coordination and technical discussion skills
Basic project coordination and reporting skills
Design Software – Catia or any other Cad software.
Experience working with Excel & PPT
Educational Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in CNG or alternative fuel systems
Exposure to government testing agencies
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environ
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
