About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Bakery & Pastry Chef to manage and execute high-quality bakery and dessert operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and production management while maintaining consistency and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage daily bakery production and mise en place.
- Develop new desserts and seasonal bakery offerings.
- Maintain inventory and control wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry production.
- Good knowledge of baking techniques, desserts, and confectionery.
- Creative with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Culinary/Bakery certification preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
