Job Summary :
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales qualified leads and driving revenue growth for our financial services company, focusing on Debt Fund and IPO as a service. The role involves extensive cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel to close deals. The Sales Manager will achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new sales qualified leads through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to target potential clients in the financial services sector.
Sales Process Management:
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present solutions to potential clients.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, maintaining regular follow-ups and providing relevant information.
Deal Closure:
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and revenue generated.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Skillset Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Debt Fund and IPO services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
