Responsibilities
Making international tickets and having idea about the destinations
Deriving hotel and other package rates from OTA's / offline supplier.
Handling day to day queries of the clients.
Finalisation of bookings and getting it passed on the clients.
After sales service.
Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications and airline reservation systems and proficiency in google sheet.
Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and flight schedule inquiries and coordinate with Airlines.
