Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate AI Full Stack Engineer (MERN + Next.js) with 1–2 years of experience to develop modern web applications using the MERN stack and Next.js. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable applications, writing clean and maintainable code, and using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js (App Router, Server Components, SSR, SSG, API Routes).
- Build secure and high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs with proper authentication and authorization.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Utilize AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
- Optimize application performance on both frontend and backend.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and Agile development processes.
- Manage source code using Git and contribute to CI/CD workflows.
- Take complete ownership of assigned modules and deliver them within deadlines.
- Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and progress to the team.
- Continuously learn emerging technologies, AI tools, and best development practices.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for learning AI-assisted software development practices.
