Critical Care (ICU/CCU)
Role Summary:
The RMO will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients admitted in the ICU/CCU. The role demands clinical vigilance, timely interventions, coordination with consultants, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols for patient safety and quality care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous medical supervision and care to patients in ICU/CCU.
- Conduct initial assessment, monitor vitals, and manage emergencies under consultant guidance.
- Assist in procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line monitoring, and ventilator management.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions in medical records.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied teams for seamless patient care.
- Participate in daily rounds, case discussions, and handovers.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Support relatives with updates on patient condition, maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in resuscitation and emergency response as per ACLS/BLS guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with Delhi Medical Council (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ICU/CCU or critical care setup preferred.
- Certification in ACLS/BLS is mandatory; Critical Care training will be an added advantage.
- Contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and training programs within ICU/CCU.

Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts (including night duties) to ensure 24x7 coverage in ICU/CCU.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
