Shreyas Marketing is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the operations of its PUMA, Titan World and Titan Eyeplus stores across Kerala, Coimbatore and Mangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and store teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, visual merchandising standards and operational policies.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, shrinkage and audit compliance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute promotions, new store openings and business initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all stores.
Pay: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
