About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Front End Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team inChandigarh. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in front-end development, hands-on experience with PHP and CodeIgniter, and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools to build efficient, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications.
- Build intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Develop and maintain applications using PHP, CodeIgniter 3 (CI3), and CodeIgniter 4 (CI4).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
- Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best coding practices.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, documentation, and
development workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Front End/Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with PHP.
- Experience working with CodeIgniter 3 (CI3) and CodeIgniter 4 (CI4).
- Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
AI Expertise
1. Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, or similar.
2. Ability to leverage AI for code generation, debugging, documentation, testing, and productivity enhancement.
Good to have
- Basic knowledge of MySQL.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
