About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior OT Security Consultant to lead the assessment, standardization, and enhancement of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity practices across a major Oil & Gas environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, automation, operations, and cybersecurity teams to assess current OT security maturity, identify risks, and implement governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct OT/ICS cybersecurity assessments and gap analysis.
- Develop and standardize OT security standards, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Perform OT risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies.
- Align OT security controls with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with automation, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams.
- Develop security baselines and compliance documentation.
- Support implementation of OT security controls across industrial environments.
- Prepare executive and technical reports, recommendations, and assessment findings.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and OT security standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in OT/ICS Cybersecurity.
- Strong experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream operations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SCADA
- DCS
- PLC
- SIS
- Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
- Strong understanding of:
- IEC 62443
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- OT Risk Management
- Network Segmentation
- Access Control
- Security Monitoring
- Vulnerability Assessment
- Experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, and consulting roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP, CISM, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 certifications or equivalent.
- Experience supporting critical infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC, and IEC protocols.
Pay: ₹1,009,056.78 - ₹9,040,186.83 per year
