Experienced Civil Engineer
Location: Edavannappara, Malappuram, Kerala
Royaline is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Edavannappara, Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience in overseeing construction projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise construction projects.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, and site management.

- Age: 25–35 years
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
