Role Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE – Sales) will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and direct sales of the company’s software products and IT solutions. This role involves active field work, including client visits, meetings, and on-ground sales activities, in addition to inside sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, digital platforms, networking, and field visit
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and coordinate demonstrations
- Meet clients in person to present our product / understand requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support sales efforts
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Confidence in client interactions (both in-office and on-field)
- Willingness to learn and sell technology based/ software products
- Willingness to travel and perform field sales activities
Preferred Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
