Position: Quality Head
Job Summary:
Sheetal Metals is looking for an experienced Quality Head with strong knowledge of Aluminum Die Casting and HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) machines. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete quality system, ensuring product quality, and maintaining manufacturing standards in the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Department in the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure quality control in Aluminum Die Casting (HPDC) production processes.
- Implement and maintain quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Handle incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.
- Monitor and control rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and records of quality reports.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and dispatch teams to maintain quality.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and industry standards.
- Train and guide the quality team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years experience in manufacturing industry.
- Must have strong knowledge of Aluminum Die Casting and HPDC machines.
- Experience in quality inspection tools and methods.
- Good knowledge of quality documentation and reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
