We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, understanding their interior requirements, and converting inquiries into successful projects. Candidates with prior experience in residential interior sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, social media, events, and field marketing.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Present company services, design solutions, and project portfolios to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in residential interiors, home décor, furniture, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build client relationships and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in residential interior design sales.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, home interiors, and turnkey interior solutions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
