About the Role:
Augurs Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-oriented candidates for the position of Medical Representative (MR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.
This opportunity is suitable for freshers with excellent communication skills as well as candidates with 1–2 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience who are looking to grow their career in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and medical teams.
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas for product promotion and business development.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit sales activity updates.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/medical representation will be preferred.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
- B. Pharma
- D. Pharma
- B.Sc. (Life Sciences)
- BBA / MBA (Marketing)
- Any Graduate with strong communication skills and interest in healthcare sales

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
