Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will drive the hospital's marketing and business development initiatives by promoting healthcare services, strengthening referral networks, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing patient footfall through both field and digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase OPD, IPD, and specialty patient visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, corporates, nursing homes, and community partners.
- Promote hospital services through field visits, health camps, CMEs, outreach programmes, and promotional events.
- Support digital marketing by coordinating social media campaigns, reels, flyers, and online branding.
- Manage outdoor branding activities, including brochures, banners, billboards, and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance, and submit regular reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in Hospital Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hospital/healthcare marketing experience (hospital background mandatory).
