Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and project timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs and integrations using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, RESTful services, and API-led connectivity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration flows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment models related to integration solutions.
- Experience with version control systems and agile development methodologies.
