Job Summary
Liveon Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth by achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
