Job Overview
We are looking for a Supervisor / Trainer for our VR-based project who will be responsible for managing team members, training them on VR equipment usage, and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train employees on VR equipment usage and recording process.
- Supervise team members during daily operations and ensure work is done properly.
- Monitor performance, discipline, and productivity of team members.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of VR devices and related equipment.
- Coordinate with management for daily reporting and updates.
- Maintain attendance, task tracking, and workflow efficiency.
- Guide new joiners and help them understand project requirements.
- Ensure all tasks are completed as per quality standards and timelines.
Requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic understanding of technology / gadgets (VR preferred).
- Ability to train and manage a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and proactive approach.
- Comfortable with on-ground operations and coordination.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in team handling / training / supervision.
- Experience in event operations, field work, or tech-based projects is a plus.
