Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, B2B sales, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, tele calling, referrals, and online research
- Visit SMEs, corporate clients, and prospective customers to generate business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and negotiate deals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain sales reports and customer records
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience in field sales and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet usage
- Software sales or Tally knowledge will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
