Job Description
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design engaging and intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into elegant, functional designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design lifecycle
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
