Restaurant Manager (Quick Commerce)
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager – Quick Commerce who can take ownership of daily restaurant operations and effectively manage our presence across quick-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle and monitor quick-commerce platforms, orders, listings, menus, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with platform teams to resolve operational issues and improve performance.
- Work on strategies to increase brand visibility, customer reach, and online presence.
- Monitor sales, customer feedback, product performance, and platform analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and customer experience.
- Ensure proper coordination between kitchen, operations, delivery, and platform teams.
- Take accountability for assigned responsibilities and deliver results independently.
Candidate Profile:
- Open-minded, proactive, and willing to learn and experiment with new ideas.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
- Prior experience in restaurant operations, food-tech, quick commerce, or online food delivery platforms will be preferred.
