Role Description
- Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops for BBA/MBA and other management programmes as per the university/ AICTE-prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and regularly update course plans, teaching materials, case studies, and assessment instruments.
- Adopt innovative and student-centric pedagogical methods including experiential learning, case-based learning, and use of digital tools.
- Maintain academic records including attendance, internal assessment marks, and students' progress.
Qualifications
Ph.D. degree in Management / Business Administration or a relevant allied discipline from a recognised university.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale) from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years of teaching / research / industry experience, of which at least 3 years must be at the level of Associate Professor.
