Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Maintain files, records, and documents properly
- Assist in data entry and report preparation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support HR and Accounts team with basic tasks
- Coordinate with different departments as required
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Handle office supplies and inventory management
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
