We are looking for a skilled and proactive CMS & Digital Operations Executive to manage CMS-based websites, digital platforms, social media operations, and online marketing activities for client and in-house projects.
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and digitally skilled professional who can efficiently manage WordPress and Shopify websites, social media operations, digital updates, and online advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in CMS management, digital platform handling, content coordination, social media management, and paid advertising, while being capable of handling day-to-day digital activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
CMS Management
- Manage and update websites using WordPress (Mandatory) and Shopify (Preferred).
- Handle website content uploads, blog posting, page updates, and CMS maintenance.
- Work with themes, plugins, and page builders such as Elementor and similar tools.
- Perform small website-level modifications and basic troubleshooting.
Social Media & Digital Operations
- Handle end-to-end management of:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- X (Twitter)
- LinkedIn
- Google Business Profile (GMB)
- OLX
- Create and publish posts with captions, hashtags, and platform-appropriate content coordination.
- Coordinate with the internal graphics team for creatives and publishing requirements.
- Manage content scheduling, uploads, updates, and digital consistency across platforms.
- Maintain client social media activity and engagement support.
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Independently manage and optimize:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads
- Handle campaign setup, targeting, audience segmentation, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Generate basic performance understanding and campaign improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with content, graphics, and development teams when required.
- Perform basic image editing or minor modifications when needed.
- Stay updated with current digital trends, platform updates, and marketing practices.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
CMS Platforms

Strong practical knowledge of:

Paid Advertising

- Social media caption writing

- Basic SEO understanding
- Basic image editing knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in CMS management and digital operations.
- Practical knowledge in WordPress and digital platform handling is mandatory.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns is required.
- Candidates with real client project experience will be preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on skills, practical knowledge, and experience.)

- Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Break Time: 1 Hour
- Weekly Off: 1 Day
- Leave Policy: One additional leave may be availed without salary deduction. Further leaves will be subject to company leave policy.
