- Sales order confirmation by email & customer communication by email & send so acceptance
- Weekly/monthly sales report preparation & review meeting with production, dispatch & Quality
- Ensure align the Customer follow up for orders & delivery
- Dispatch readiness follow up with the production/deburring
- Monthly sales planning data preparation
- Sales order verification (drawing revision & pricing)
- Job work follow up for timely completion
- Create & Maintain sales order in tally/ERP/Excel & sales order register
- Update & Monitor open sales order in excel
- Resolve customer queries related to order delivery
- Sales order confirmation emails along with relevant purchase order documents
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
