- Develop business through regular contacts with Customers & Agents.
- Visit allotted Agent Offices as per schedule for verification of stocks & records, etc.
- Visit Customers for new business, service feedback and follow-up for further action.
- Attend for Customer complaints and resolve.
- Follow-up for payments, recover the dues from Customers.
- Prepare & submit business analysis report.
Desired profile
- 5-10 years Experience in Business Development in any Road Transport Industry
- Local territory knowledge
- Must speak local language
- Good communication skills
