We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Project Manager who can effectively manage software development projects, coordinate with internal teams, and communicate professionally with clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development projects including Web, Mobile, UI/UX, AI, and SaaS-based applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as:
- Flutter Developers
- MERN / Backend Developers
- UI/UX Designers
- QA Team
- DevOps Team
- Understand client requirements and convert them into:
- Task Documents
- Project Plans
- Timelines & Milestones
- Development Workflows
- Conduct client meetings and internal team coordination meetings.
- Track project progress and ensure timely task completion.
- Prepare and maintain:
- SRS Documents
- MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Task Sheets
- Progress Reports
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor execution.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and delays while providing practical solutions.
- Maintain smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Review project deliverables before client submission.
- Maintain proper project documentation and provide regular updates to management.
- Effectively use project management tools such as:
- ClickUp
- Jira
- Trello
- Notion
- Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the QA team before deployment to ensure quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent task and team management abilities
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in handling technical teams
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Client handling and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Technical Understanding Preferred
Basic understanding of:
- Flutter
- React / Next.js
- Node.js / MERN Stack
- APIs & Database Flow
- UI/UX Design Process
- Deployment & Hosting Basics
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator in the IT industry
- Strong professional communication skills are mandatory
- Ability to handle client communication and project coordination independently
- Candidates with a proactive mindset and ownership mentality will be preferred
Compensation
- Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
Terms & Conditions
- Candidates selected for this role will be required to sign a 1-year employment agreement (bond).
- This is a full-time Work from Office opportunity based in Surat.
