What you need to be successful in this role:
10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership in large-scale systems.
Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, containers, Helm, CI/CD, Git workflows, and test automation.
Experience with platform engineering, observability tools, automation frameworks, and cloud-native architecture.
Experience driving AI adoption, AI-assisted engineering practices, workflow automation, and knowledge systems.
Ability to review code, read PRs, debug production issues, and provide hands-on technical guidance.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Fintech, digital banking, or regulated technology experience preferred.
