The person shall support the business needs of the Organization by ensuring qualified and experienced seafarers are recruited and retained in the company. The position reports to the Manager Manning.

Keeping track of medical cases and handling PNI cases.

Requesting the master to send handover notes of top officers for their relievers.

Handling Opex, variance reports.

Liaising with port agents for crew changes.

Participation in RPSL audits.

Liaising with shipping agencies for crew change.

Visa, ticketing and documentation handling along with training needs.

Support planning and crew operation of our client’s vessels and owned vessels.

Projection and maintenance of crew statistics (crew seniority/salary and allowance/merit)

Increment/ promotion/ discipline/ training and, etc.

Updating Sign On and Sign Off in DG Shipping site.

Preparing and improving crew manning plan, crew qualifications, crew costing.

Ensuring proper coordination of travel for signing on/off officers and crew.

Flight, hotel, and transport booking arrangements whenever required.

Performance reviews and follow-up.

Assist in recruitment as and when required.
Any other administrative work as required by the manager.
Experience - Experience in manning, recruitment, planning, and operations.
Education - MBA (specific)
Skills Required - Microsoft Office, Proficient in spoken and written English Language.
