TALENTIME BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Medical Coding Trainer to train students in both offline (colleges) and online batches.
Position: Medical Coding Trainer
Job Type: Freelance / Part-time (Per Batch Basis)
*Location:*Trichy (For Offline) & Work From Home (For Online)
Compensation:
- Offline (College Training): Rs. 12,000 per college
- Online Training: Rs. 7,000 per batch
- Duration: 21 to 24 Days per batch
- Session Hours: 2 Hours per day
Requirements:
- CPC / CCS / CRC Certification is highly preferred
- Minimum 1+ Year of experience in Medical Coding
- Strong knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle student queries and make concepts easy to understand
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions for students (Offline & Online)
- Cover the complete Medical Coding syllabus from basics to advanced
- Provide practical examples, case studies, and real-time scenarios
- Conduct assessments, mock tests, and prepare students for CPC exam
- Clear students' doubts and provide career guidance
