Job description
- Provide remote troubleshooting and support for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing protocols (OSPF), QoS policies, DHCP configuration, DNS resolution, and IP addressing.
- Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking hardware.
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Assist with VPN setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop documentation for network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in networking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Network Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with firewall and VPN technologies (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, or similar).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- Candidates should be open to working in night shift
