The Compliance Associate Program is a 2-year rotational program in North America. The Associates receive the foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Compliance at Citi. Along side working on strategic projects with senior leadership, the program also incorporates the following:
Responsibilities:
- Building critical relationships with Citi’s regulatory agencies and partners
- Understanding rules, regulations and policies across Citi and how these are interconnected and aggregated
- Building knowledge of different markets, products, strategies and associated issues/risks
- Maintaining independence with effective collaboration
- Developing a deeper understanding of Citi, Compliance, various products and strategies and industry regulations
- Build strong partnerships across Global Compliance and with the business
- Generate ways to manage compliance more effectively and efficiently
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

- Relevant Industry Experience.

Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
