Role Overview
Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, user support, IT assets, security, applications, networks and technology operations across corporate and community locations.

Success Metrics for this Role
99% uptime, 95% ticket closure within SLA, 100% asset accuracy, backup compliance and software license compliance.
Qualifications
- BCA/BSc IT/BE/BTech/Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
- 3–6 years in IT Infrastructure, System Administration or IT Operations.
- Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Hospitality or multi-location organizations preferred.
- Microsoft 365, Networking, Hardware Troubleshooting, Asset Management, Endpoint Security, CCTV Systems, Vendor Management and Problem Solving.
