Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Research Associate to join our organization. the associate will ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while driving continuous improvement in production efficiency, cost optimization, and resource utilization. The position demands strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following and sticking to Piramal core values, PSF, safety and quality aspects
- To complete the trainings as allotted and required
- To perform the experiments planned related to peptide purification/synthesis.
- To document the activities completed on-time and keep the documents online without any delay.
- To complete the assigned project/work related tasks on-time
- To support the other team members as and when the support is required.
Ability to monitor the variations observed during process development of peptide Synthesis.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Masters/bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
- Basic understanding of peptide synthesis principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
