Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls and direct them to concerned departments
Maintain visitor records and front office management
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Handle basic administrative and office support tasks
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong coordination and organizational skills
