Outbound Sales Executive – UAE Insurance Project
We are looking for sales-oriented and confident individuals to join our outbound calling team for a UAE-based insurance sales project.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to provided leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Meet and maintain daily calling targets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Use strong convincing and communication skills to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer objections.
- Ability to consistently meet daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, insurance sales, or outbound sales will have an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, persistence, and a strong willingness to achieve results.
