Location: Hyderabad (Day 1 Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Experience: 3–5 Years (Strictly Non-IT Recruitment Only)
Role Overview:
- End-to-end US Non-IT recruitment
- Strong experience in Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Hands-on expertise in sourcing and screening candidates
- Work on roles across industries like Construction, Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, Legal, and other non-IT sectors
- Quick turnaround on requirements and strong pipeline management
Note: Candidates with only IT recruitment background will NOT be considered
