Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with queries and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and customer support
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure smooth and timely communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Candidates with International Voice Process experience are preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
